We guarantee that all livestock will arrive alive and as described.
In the event of DOA (Dead On Arrival), we must be contacted within 2 hours of package delivery (UPS posted time), along with clear photos of the dead coral in the original bag or in the tank.
In the event that a buyer does not contact Reef-Corner online in the specified 2-hour time frame, Reef-Corner reserves the right to decline DOA coverage.
Verified DOA’s will be fully credited towards future purchases (minus any shipping charges). 

Cloudy water does not mean that your coral is dead. Often the coral is stressed and will recover fine after such a harsh trip.

In the unfortunate event that a coral is dead on arrival, use the tab ‘ DOA request‘ from our web shop. There you will be able to fill in a complaint. You will also be asked to provide clear pictures taken under white light, so do not throw anything away. 

We reserve the right to request the return of the dead coral and the original packaging within 7 days from your request.
